Roles & permissions
Who can do what in your organisation.
The roles
People in your organisation hold a role: owner and admin have full administrative control; branch admin and pastor are leaders with wider access; cell leader helps run a group; member is the standard role. Leaders (owner, admin, branch admin, pastor) can manage members and see analytics; admins additionally control website, domains, branding and storage.
Content permissions
Publishing content such as courses, devotionals, livestreams and knowledge entries is limited to owners, admins and pastors.
Security
Access is enforced by the platform on the server for every action — the menus you see are a convenience layer on top of that protection.
