Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.1 — effective 11 August 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Kinglify.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative content.
• Distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the Platform.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or misuse the broadcast/email tools.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
• Sell prohibited or illegal goods or services.

2. Security

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without authorisation, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or usage metering.

3. Platform integrity

You must not: scrape or bulk-extract Platform data; reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Platform except to the extent a law expressly permits it; resell, rent or share access to the Platform or its content outside your plan; create fake accounts or multiple accounts to evade limits or enforcement; manipulate referral or commission schemes (including self-referral and incentivised or fabricated signups); or abuse chargebacks or payment disputes.

4. Fair use

Automated or excessive use that degrades the service for others is not permitted. Metered features are subject to their allowances and overage terms.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
