Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 — effective 23 July 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Kinglify.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

Break the law or infringe others' rights.
Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative content.
Distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the Platform.
Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or misuse the broadcast/email tools.
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
Sell prohibited or illegal goods or services.

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without authorisation, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or usage metering.

Automated or excessive use that degrades the service for others is not permitted. Metered features are subject to their allowances and overage terms.

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
