Marketplace Policy — Kinglify

1. Platform Role
Kinglify provides the technology platform that enables sellers to list products and buyers to purchase them. Kinglify is not the seller of physical products listed on the marketplace.
2. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for: accurate product descriptions and images, pricing, packaging and shipping, delivery within the estimated timeframe, handling returns and refunds per their stated policy, compliance with all applicable consumer protection and product safety laws in their jurisdiction.
3. Shipping and Fulfillment
All shipping and fulfillment for physical products is handled directly by the seller, not by Kinglify. Kinglify does not warehouse, ship, or handle any physical goods.
4. Returns and Refunds
Each seller sets their own return and refund policy, which must be clearly displayed on their product listing. Buyers should contact the seller directly for any return or refund requests on physical products. If a seller fails to resolve a legitimate complaint, buyers may contact Kinglify support for mediation.
5. Prohibited Items
Sellers may not list items that are illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or violate intellectual property rights. Kinglify reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any seller account that violates this policy.
6. Buyer Protection
While Kinglify does not guarantee physical product quality or delivery, we will investigate and take action against sellers who consistently fail to deliver, misrepresent products, or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kinglify’s liability for any dispute arising from a physical product transaction is limited to the platform commission earned on that specific transaction. Kinglify is not liable for product defects, shipping delays, lost packages, or any direct or indirect damages arising from physical product purchases.
