Refund Policy

Version 1.0 — effective 23 July 2026.

1. Free trial

New organisations start with a free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then to avoid charges.

2. Subscriptions and add-ons

Subscription and add-on fees are billed in advance for each period and are generally non-refundable once a period has begun, except where required by law. You may cancel to stop future billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.

3. Metered overage

Usage overage is billed in arrears for usage that has already been delivered and is non-refundable.

4. Marketplace purchases

Purchases from sellers are subject to the seller's stated return policy and the Seller/Merchant Terms. Digital goods and completed services may be non-refundable. Where a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method.

5. K-Coins

K-Coins are internal, non-cashable credits. Platform refunds may be issued as K-Coins where stated; K-Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Requesting a refund

Contact support@kinglify.com (platform charges) or the seller (marketplace purchases). We handle eligible requests promptly and in line with the law.
